In general, skiing is an outdoor activity and the risk of infection is much lower than indoors. We will try to keep the protective distance wherever possible and to minimize and protect all personal contact points where possible.
The health and safety of our guests and employees has the highest priority!
Our prevention concept enables us to offer the entire range of services.

Where and from which age onwards does the 2G-rule (vaccinated or recovered) apply when skiing?

In general, the 2G-rule (vaccinated and recovered) applies on ski pistes in Austria and on ski course from the age of 12 years.
Children under 12 years are exempt from the 2G-rule. The 2G-rule is checked when purchasing the lift pass.

Mask Obligation

In all closed rooms (mountain railways, ski school office, ski depot, ski rental) and in all closed vehicles (gondolas, chair lifts with hoods, ski buses) there is an FFP2 mask requirement. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the mask requirement. For children between the ages of 6 and 12, a mouth-nose protection (Buff, scarf) is sufficient.

Most of our courses can be booked online.
That way all data for possible contact tracing are perfectly recorded.
You also have the option of registering online using our QR code. Thus, all data is already saved in our system. This shortens the length of a stay in the ski school office considerably.
To avoid large crowds, only one family member should carry out the registration in the ski school office.
Ski school guests and other people are only allowed to enter the ski school office if they can provide 2G. This does not apply to children up to the age of 12. In the ski school office there is an FFP2 mask requirement for adults.

In order to prevent the virus from spreading in the case of the event of an infection all our guests are asked to enter the correct data (mobile phone number, accommodation, email). We ask you to do this when you register.
Thanks to our registration system, tracing is possible at any time.
We ask parents to ensure that they can be reached at any time.

In general, the 3G obligation applies to customers and employees from the age of 12 at the assembly point.
In order to avoid crowds of people, the ski school tries to decongest the assembly points. We ask you to keep the length of stay as short as possible. Please follow the instructions of the ski school staff.

Lunch care is offered within the group as usual. For organizational reasons and to avoid large crowds, there may be time shifts.

The ski races will continue to take place weekly without restriction. The start intervals are optimized in order to avoid any congestion in the start and finish area. All prizes will be given outdoors after the race.

The safety of our employees gets our utmost attention. In addition to correct instructions and rules of conduct, we ensure good working conditions. The 3G-rule applies to all skiing instructors and employees.

If you develop symptoms of a COVID 19 illness or feel ill, please don’t come to the lessons and contact the Corona hotline at 1450.
